This page includes all travel, lodging, and logistics information for the Western Recruitment & Marketing Summit. Chapters should use the information below to plan and book travel accordingly.

Boise State University, Alumni and Friends Center

Check in opens at 8:00 a.m.

The event runs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Each chapter is responsible for booking and covering travel for their attendees.

Flying

Recommended Airport: Boise Airport (BOI)

The airport is about 10 minutes from campus.

Uber/Lyft are readily available and recommended for transportation to and from the airport and campus.

Driving

Chapters driving to the Summit should plan for adequate time to the venue.

We have reserved a block of rooms pre-booked at the Hampton Inn Boise - Airport Hotel. These are available first come first serve.

Room Rate: $353 for Friday and Saturday Night

To book a room using this rate, please email Amber Derr by February 9th. Your chapter will be invoiced for the room through Billhighway. 

If you are interested in sharing accommodations with another chapter to lower costs, do not book your own accommodations. Please email Amber Derr no later than January 18.

The Alumni and Friends Center at Boise State University has a parking lot.

Please follow posted Boise State University parking signage and regulations. Any paid or metered parking is the responsibility of attendees.

Breakfast and lunch will be provided on Saturday.

All other meals are the responsibility of attendees, and nearby dining options are available within close proximity of the Summit location.
