The Chapter President and 75% of Officer Board must attend to achieve the minimum expectations of Good Standing. If your chapter cannot meet this requirement, the Chapter President should submit a waiver request form.
In order to receive your chapter's Academy Swag Pack, Chapter Presidents should register by December 15, 2025.

All attendees should plan to join the Virtual Academy for Collegiate Officers from a quiet location using their own device. For the second session, officers will be divided into small groups for discussion. Attendees should be able to unmute and have their camera on in order to fully participate in the event.
As communicated in the 2025-26 Budget Template, all collegiate chapters will be billed $250 for their officers' attendance at the event.
