Alpha Gamma Delta's Academy for Collegiate Officers will be held February 5-7, 2027, at the Hilton Charlotte Airport in Charlotte, North Carolina. Join your fellow newly-installed officers from across the United States and Canada for a weekend of learning, planning and all things Alpha Gam!

 

Chapters utilizing Officer Structures A-D are required to send the Chapter President, Vice President–Recruitment, Vice President–Member Experience and Vice President–Marketing as a minimum expectation of Good Standing. Chapters utilizing the Microstructure are required to send the Chapter President, Vice President–Recruitment and Vice President–Member Experience as a minimum expectation of Good Standing. 

 

Chapters are responsible for booking their own travel arrangements. Please visit the travel page for more information. All officers must arrive by 4 p.m ET. on Friday, February 5, and depart after 11 a.m. ET on Sunday, February 7. 

 

If your chapter cannot fulfill the requirements listed above, one officer should submit the waiver request form on behalf of the chapter.

 

Chapters will be billed $250 per collegiate officer in attendance. This fee includes your hotel room, meals from Friday dinner to Sunday breakfast, and all costs associated with registration.
