HOTEL
We are excited to host the Academy for Collegiate Officers 2027 in Charlotte, North Carolina, at the Hilton Charlotte Airport. Hotel bookings will be made on your behalf and the cost is included in your $250 registration fee. Officers will receive their hotel confirmation the week before Academy.
Chapters bringing three or four officers will all room together. Chapters who bring two or fewer officers may be asked to share a room with another chapter.

DRIVING
All chapters driving to Academy are required to arrive by 4 p.m. ET on Friday, February 5, and depart after 11 a.m. on Sunday, February 7.
Parking at the Hilton Charlotte Airport is included in your cost of registration.
As much as possible, chapters should reimburse the officers driving to Academy for their gas and any other associated expenses.
FLYING
Chapters flying to Academy are responsible for booking their own travel arrangements.
All flights should be booked to arrive into and depart out of the Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT). Attendees are required to book flights that arrive in Charlotte by 4 p.m. ET on Friday, February 5, and depart after 1 p.m. on Sunday, February 7.
There will be a free hotel shuttle to transport attendees between the hotel and the airport.
To offset the rising cost of airfaire, International Headquarters will reimburse chapters up to $300 per flight per officer in attendance. This is limited to the cost of an economy seat only. Any baggage fees incurred are not reimbursable.
Once flights have been booked, the chapter must send a completed reimbursement form and all flight receipts to academy@alphagammadelta.org. To receive reimbursement, all forms and receipts must be submitted by February 8, 2027.
US chapters will be reimbursed via an upload of funds by IHQ to the chapter's Billhighway Operating account. Canadian chapters will be reimbursed via a credit toward their IHQ billing listed in their Statement of Accounts.
