EVENT DETAILS 

The University of Indiana, Beta Delta Chapter House

Friday, May 15 

Check in begins at 1 pm 

Sunday, May 17 

Check out begins at 11 am 

 

TRAVEL LOGISTICS 

Participants located within a 6-hour drive of Bloomington, IN will drive to the Empower Institute and will be reimbursed for mileage. If you are within a 6-hour drive of Bloomington, you may be asked to carpool. 

 

Flying

Alpha Gamma Delta will book flights for participants located outside of a 6-hour drive to Bloomington, IN. Flights will be booked by IHQ staff based on the information provided during registration.   

 

Transport 

Transportation from the Indianapolis Airport to the Beta Delta chapter house will be provided and coordinated by IHQ staff. 

 

PARKING

MEALS 

The following meals will be provided: 

Friday: Dinner 

Saturday: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner 

Sunday: Brunch 

 

Meals while travelling to and from the Empower Institute are the responsibility of the attendees. 

  

ACCOMMODATIONS 

Participants will be staying in the Beta Delta chapter house at the University of Indiana. Each participant will be assigned a bunk bed for the weekend.
