Check in opens at 8:00 a.m.

The event runs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

TRAVEL LOGISTICS

Each chapter is responsible for booking and covering travel for their attendees.

 

Flying

Recommended Airport: Indianapolis International Airport (IND)

Free shuttle to and from the airport to the hotel and venue.

 

Driving

Chapters driving to the Summit should plan for adequate time to the venue.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

We have reserved a block of rooms for our chapters to book on the event site at the Delta Hotels Indianapolis Airport. These are available first come first serve using the link below.

The last day to book through the room block with the group rate is February 14.

 

If you are interested in sharing accommodations with another chapter to lower costs, do not book your own accommodations. Please email Amber Derr no later than January 18.

PARKING

There is free parking at the venue. 

 

MEALS

Breakfast and lunch will be provided on Saturday.

All other meals are the responsibility of attendees, and nearby dining options are available within close proximity of the Summit location.
