Who should attend?

  • Chapter, Recruitment, Membership & Marketing Advisors as available

Who is required to attend?

This event is not required, but most chapters find this training invaluable for preparing their teams for success. See above for the suggested officers and advisors! If space is limited for your chapter, we recommend prioritizing the Recruitment and Marketing Team officers.

 

Will expenses be covered by the Fraternity?

The chapter is responsible for covering transportation, hotels, and travel meals for their attendees. You can use your recruitment budget or your Reserve Fund to cover the cost of this event.

 

Can we share accommodations with another chapter to lower costs?

Yes! If you would like to split a hotel room with another chapter to lower costs, please email Amber Derr no later than January 18. 

 

Can we request support with transportation to and from the airport?

Transportation support will depend on availability. 

 

What other chapters will be in attendance?

All chapters were extended an invitation to one of the three Regional Recruitment + Marketing Summits. We will release a chapter attendee list once registration is complete.
