Check in opens at 8 a.m.

The event runs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Each chapter is responsible for booking and covering travel for their attendees.

 

Flying

Recommended Airport: Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport (BHM)

Birmingham is about 40-60 minutes from Tuscaloosa by car. Your options for transportation would be:

· Booking an airport shuttle from BHM to Tuscaloosa.

· Booking an Uber/Lyft or Taxi Service. Booking in advance can secure service.

· Renting a car you can pick-up and return to BHM.

 

Driving

Chapters driving to the Summit should plan for adequate time to the venue.

We have reserved a block of rooms pre-booked at the Hilton Garden Inn-Tuscaloosa. These are available first come first serve.

• Spots around Little Hall/in front of Alpha Delta Pi

Secondary Options

• Parking lot to the right of Foster Auditorium
• Parking Lot on the corner of Paul Bryant and 10th Ave, next to Julia Tutwiler Hall.
• Street Parking on 7th and 8th Avenue

 

Breakfast and lunch will be provided on Saturday.

All other meals are the responsibility of attendees, and nearby dining options are available within close proximity of the Summit location.
