According to Alpha Gamma Delta's Constitution and Standing Rules, the following members will serve as Voting Members at Convention and will be entitled to one vote:

1. International Council Officers
2. Past Grand/International Council Officers
3. Members of the Volunteer Service Team/Chapter Advisors
4. The accredited delegate from each collegiate chapter
5. The accredited delegate from each alumnae chapter or club
6. The accredited delegate from each incorporated House Association

Waivers for a substitute delegate may be submitted for Collegiate Chapters and Alumnae Chapters/Clubs ONLY. Please be sure you submit the correct waiver form for your voting entity. Waivers will not be accepted after June 1, 2026.
